All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at norvalight@outlook.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please save all packaging materials and include photos of the damaged item in your email.
